Refund Policy

We aim to keep our pricing and policies clear.

1) Digital Courses (Self-Paced)

Because digital content can be accessed immediately, course purchases are generally non-refundable once access is delivered.

Exception: If you experience a technical issue that prevents access and we cannot resolve it, we may issue a refund after review.

2) Guided Learning Sessions (If You Offer Them)

If you purchase a scheduled guided learning session:

  • Cancel/reschedule: Allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment time.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows: May not be refundable.
  • If we must cancel: You’ll be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

3) How to Request a Refund

  • Your name
  • Order email/receipt details
  • Reason for request

4) Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank/payment provider.
